In Thomas and Friends, Hector was once considered "horrid". After making friends with Thomas he became a more helpful and less troublesome truck.

Biography

In Thomas and Friends season 11 episode "Hector the Horrid!" Hector came to Sodor and was very troublesome, he first made trouble for the saddle tank twins Bill and Ben. He would then scare away Rosie by yelling at her. Thomas has had enough of this behavior would end up accidentally pushing Hector off the rails. Hector would reveal he was scared of taking on coal which is why he was trying to get the engines to leave him alone. After being shown taking on coal is fun he became friends with Thomas, he would later become friends with James after helping him thru a snowstorm.
