Shipping policy

We ship to every country USPS & UPS allow us to ship to. 

If you choose a postage service and they are denying service to your region for any reason we will be forced to cancel the order, your package may be postage thru a different service under certain circumstances.

We may change the postage service for a multitude of reasons, if a certain postage service can't be used for any reason please let us know by contacting us.

If your region has duties/taxes you are required to pay them, we can't accept returns or refunds on orders with unpaid duties/taxes

If you put down an invalid address, it may be delivered to a location other than your residence or sent back to us. If it is delivered to a location other than your residence due to an invalid address being input then we can't accept a return or refund, if it is sent back to us you may either return the item and be refunded the item cost, or have it re-posted to a valid address (postage will be charged again).

If tracking indicates delivery, we can't guarantee your order will be refunded if you do not receive it.

Your items will be sent out within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.
